Order Processing

Our normal processing time is 4-5 business days. **Please allow 7-10 business days of processing during HOLIDAY SEASON and SALES.  We will update time frames if there are any changes.

Hours of Operation are Mon-Friday 9am -7pm. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays as well as Federal Holidays. If order is placed after business hours processing time will begin on the next business day.


All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), which will include Insurance up to $50 in value. Once order is ready for processing an email will be sent out with tracking information.

Due to the nature of our products there are no returns, exchanges or refunds. Our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are finale and can not be returned or exchanged. Once your order is placed it is processed and can not be cancelled.



We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact USPS to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this.

If your packaged arrived and product is damaged please send us an email immediately with photo included to  We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
